There are a lot of great multiracial great stories: Black Is Brown Is Tan; I Am Mixed; Mixed Me; The Hello, Goodbye Window; More, More, More Said the Baby; Amy Hodgepodge, and many more.

But, as the dad of an almost-four-year-old biracial son, I wonder whether we’re providing our son with enough books that speak to his experience.  And my interviews with people in the multiracial community on the #MultiracialFamilyMan Podcast (https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/multiracial-family-man/id969793342?mt=2)have only served to underscore the importance of that.

So, I thought it’d be fun to write a multiracial kids’ book.  But, to make it even more fun, I thought it’d be great to include input from all of you, the members of this Community.

So, that’s what I’m going to do, I’m going to write a crowd-sourced book multiracial childrens’ story.
