Multiracial experience in high school from the perspective of a principal, with Eric Jackson, Ep. 80

Written by Alex on August 28, 2016 - 0 Comments

Ep. 80: Eric Jackson is in a multiracial family.  He’s a Black man married to a White woman, and together they have 4 multiracial kids.

Eric also is the principal of a high school in an overwhelmingly White, rural town, with a slowly-but-surely growing multiracial population.  It’s because of this and because of his own personal experience with multiracial life that he has made it a part of his mission to ensure that multiracial students are not being isolated and not suffering from identity-based negative issues.
