Dear Ivan:

I know you’re only 4, so you’re probably not going to read this for awhile.  But, I wanted to take this moment to jot down a few thoughts that may be of value later in life.

Invest in a low-to-no fee index fund as soon as you have 2 nickels to rub together.  And, don’t touch it until you absolutely can’t live without the money.
